BaZi and Liu Ren reports are generated from the birth details and questions you submit. Once a report is delivered or readable in the account, refunds are not offered only because the reading was not what you hoped or because you changed your mind.
Duplicate charges, a clear technical failure with no delivery after a reasonable time, or refunds required by law: contact support from the purchase email and include the order number.
A chargeback opened without first contacting support may pause access to the related report until the dispute ends.
In-app digital subscriptions auto-renew monthly: Starter RM21.90, Family RM49.90. The +3 Liu Ren add-on is RM12.90 and requires an active subscription. After you cancel, access continues until the current period ends. Unused credits do not carry over. Confirmed birth data and occupied seats are not reset by cancellation.
Cancel iOS subscriptions in your Apple account. Cancel Android subscriptions in Google Play. Restore purchases does not charge again. Where law requires a refund, Apple or Google refund rules apply.
