TRUE SUN / 正阳易理 provides BaZi, Liu Ren, Daily reminders, and related digital content. This is cultural reference and personal decision support. It is not medical, legal, immigration, investment, or other professional advice.
Reports and reminders may include AI-generated text. We check submitted details, but results are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for every person or situation.
Sign-in uses email one-time codes. There is no password. You must control the inbox that receives codes and sign out on shared devices.
After an email change, only the new address can receive sign-in codes. The old address remains a purchase-matching record. It cannot sign in to this account or be used to register a new account against the same purchases.
You confirm that names, birth details, occupation, and place are accurate and that you have the right to submit them. If you enter a family member or another person, you confirm you have their consent and accept responsibility for unauthorised submissions.
Relationships between people are set by you. The system does not infer family or romantic ties from names or birth data.
Reports, reminders, and chat are for the purchasing account only. Do not copy, resell, publish, train models on them, or use the service for fraud, harassment, or any misuse involving minors.
We may suspend access if we reasonably suspect abuse, a payment dispute, or a breach of these terms. Delivered digital content is not automatically refundable because access was paused.
Subscriptions and the Liu Ren add-on are sold only inside the iOS and Android apps. iOS uses Apple App Store In-App Purchase. Android uses Google Play Billing.
Starter is RM21.90 per month: you and 1 other person, 3 Liu Ren questions each billing month, 1 combined chart, and 3 chat messages a day.
Family is RM49.90 per month: you and 4 other people, 8 Liu Ren questions each billing month, 4 combined charts, and 8 chat messages a day.
The add-on is RM12.90 for 3 extra Liu Ren questions. It requires an active Starter or Family subscription and does not replace one.
Unused Liu Ren credits expire at the next billing month. They do not carry over.
After birth data is confirmed, each person may choose 2 themes a year. A combined chart is a theme type, not a Daily column. Combined-chart counts are separate and follow the plan.
After you subscribe, confirm your own birth data. You get one free correction. After confirmation, only the clock time can change. Another person cannot change birth data for 14 days after confirmation.
Restore purchases recovers an existing subscription. It does not add people seats. Cancel and resubscribe does not open new seats. Adding a new person waits 30 days from cancellation. Existing seats stay.
The price, period, and cancellation of auto-renewal are managed on the Apple or Google subscription page.
We will try to restore service after network, infrastructure, maintenance, or force majeure interruptions. We are not liable for indirect loss, expected profit, or the outcome of decisions you make.
Where the law allows, our liability for one order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order.
The service is for adults able to complete a purchase. Minors may use it only with a guardian’s consent and guidance. Do not submit a child’s birth details without that authority.
These terms are governed by the laws of the merchant’s place of registration. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited. Raise disputes with support first; remaining issues follow the competent forum.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version. Material changes are dated on this page.
